1.1.03 - Day One Live!

Hello!

In this patch;

• I've made Day One properly available, AKA the routes of each girl have been unlocked.
• An additional 8k of writing because of that.
• I've rounded this out as an experience, at least for the demo stage.
• Updated minor sprites.
• Changed backgrounds.
• Added new music for each girl.
• Cleaned up menu screens overall.
• Revised some spelling errors.

But yeah, mainly added a day to the game, so.., Next update may be a way off, given I'll be trying to find funding to ensure that the game can be completed to a professional level. Thank you all for your feedback thus far! It's hard to itemize all the changes, because there's so many.
