A Year, Huh?

Hey!

It's been a year since I've updated you all on the process for Beyond You! -- in that time, a lot has changed in my life for the better, but it has meant fewer updates and work to share. I apologize for the silence on my part, I had a massive shift in my personal life the past year. I've transitioned across to a new identity, AICandii. I'm a full-time vtuber/streamer and soon to be a WebToon Original creator. I have been chipping away on the backend at Beyond You! over the past year and I am in talks with the character artist to have CGs for several scenes made as well as finding the best course of action to provide closure to the story.

I'm also now in a position to be able to finance the majority of the remaining assets myself, rather than rely on external sources for monetary support. I may still run a KickStarter for exclusive items, credits, and additional polish, but the bulk of the game will fall onto my shoulders financially.

I kept waiting to make an update as I felt I had nothing to share, given I had no tangible updates to give you. But I can promise that Beyond You! shall reach its completion as swiftly as possible. I intend to resolve the existing version and story, as well as finalize one core route. I'll then aim to provide additional content.

Next time I post an update, it'll be something more impactful -- for now, know that I am working hard to make the game complete.
