I played it again with new updates and I love it! Characters are well written, story is rushing ahead, creepy moments, texting, importance of looking into game files (I can't wait for Yumi route though) - and backrounds don't look inapropriate at all! I like both versions of the game, and it's really refreshing.

In the current build, you have to scroll after each message. I’ve had someone assist me, who fixed the issue, and I’ll be putting out that update once I’ve fixed some spelling errors. i want to convert that binary code at the end into text but don't know how to copy or pause it and can't find a full on text in the files of it so can you please put the binary code here or tell me a way to copy it? (i could probably use cheat engine to slow it down but that would be getting hard)

Thank you for picking that out! Kana is meant to have a club, Aiko a heart, Yumi a spade and Haruka a diamond. The meanings of these are somewhat linked to this information, but I just thought it'd add an interesting touch for all of them to have a unique symbol associated to them.
As for those errors, whoops, I'll make sure to fix that in future updates. I probably won't be doing an update again until the majority of the story is in, as I don't want to keep making people replay the intro sequence. @_@
Ok so, I'm stuck at the part in which the player is supposed to choose which person they want to work with but everytime I choose a person, it says these exact words "Hello! Gosh, this is falling apart before our eyes, isn't it." and then re-starts (goes back to the home screen). I did indeed read the beginning and I understand that everything is very much so intentional but, I'm very confused of how to progress from here, please help!
Not to disappoint but that is the end of existing content at the moment. I had to rush-release the current build out because the previous version had excessive spoilers. Anything past Day Zero isn't meant to be included, as I'm currently writing tbe game still. Sorry for the confusion. I'm going to try to round off the experience and make it a more seamless transition to make it clearer.

In some aspects DDLC did inspire me to make a game and by extension, its a little special in the same way. But it has it's own story and characters, and it's entirely coded and formed thru my own research and knowledge. ^_^

I used Ren'py, which is free to use! I recommend this Discord server, DevTalk+ which you can ask questions as you go. There's lots of tutorials out there, and the program itself comes with a tutorial game. There's too much to teach directly, it's a lot of personal research!

It's a broader statement, about deleting the game entirely. The game is still a baby, it's gotta grow that kinda functionality. I'm working on it though! I'll be sure to make it known when things are working. ^^

Seems like an interesting concept, if you have any questions on the legal side of things i'd be happy to help if it makes the task less nerve wracking. I'd offer my programming skills, but it's been too long since I got into coding. i'd need to relearn a lot.
I'm only 27 seconds in, but yes, I've adjusted default SFX and audio so I don't accidentally commit a murder. I'll leave a comment on the video elsewise, I do apologize for the scare! :P

If you’re playing the tech demo then yeah, it ends after that. It’s a seperate game and a shorter experience, the “original” game.
